Being established in 2018, the Department of B.Voc Dairy Products and Processing has emerged as one of the well-recognized departments affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. The department offers a degree of B.Voc in Dairy Products and processing. The course has received overwhelming response from the students since its inception. Presently, the department is headed by Ms. Sahane P. P. the Head and Coordinator of the Department.
Sangamner Nagarpalika Arts, D. J. Malpani Commerce and B. N. Sarda Science College B.Voc. In Dairy Products and Processing is of 3 years duration. This is a UG level course provided in a Full Time mode. College admits 50 students to the course.
The department is committed to impart vocational as well as entrepreneurship skills among the students so as to enable them to be employable in public as well as private sector. To develop skilled professionals and entrepreneurs in the dairy sector through vocational education, practical training, and research, focusing on improving milk production, processing, and value addition.
